Cindy Moseley
FAAST Director
Cindy became involved with FAAST after her son and daughter were both diagnosed with multiple food allergies and asthma. She believes that helping others with food allergies is the best way to make something good come of her children's allergies. Cindy recently published a cookbook entitled Great Foods without Worry to help others learning to bake with multiple food restrictions.
She and her husband, Oscar Moseley, III, have two children. Their son, Jonathan, is allergic to peanuts, fish, and eggs. Their daughter, Katie, is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs.

Jennifer Hogan Redmond
FAAST Founder
When their food-allergic son entered kindergarten in 1996, Jennifer, a former magazine editor, and her husband started FAAST. This effort to meet other parents coping with food-induced anaphylaxis quickly snowballed into one of the country's largest independent nonprofit organizations dedicated to local food allergy support and education.
Jennifer currently serves on the Member Advisory Council of the Virginia-based Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network and speaks often on topics related to food allergy education and awareness. She also serves as Director of Communications for Hendon & Redmond, Inc.
She and her husband have three young children. Their oldest child lives with peanut, nut and other legume allergies. They live in the Cincinnati area.

Mark Redmond
Vice-President & FAAST Founder
Mark co-founded FAAST and serves as membership chairman and vice president of the organization. Trained as a mechanical engineer, he is president of Hendon & Redmond, Inc., a Cincinnati-based firm specializing in the design of food facilities. As the father of a 10-year old with food-induced anaphylaxis, he is especially interested in allergen control in manufacturing facilities.

Daniel Dutro, Esq.
Dan Dutro is an Associate Tax Services Coordinator for Ernst & Young LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio. He coordinates various tax services to his clients, including identification and implementation of tax strategies, preparation of tax returns, and overall client relationship development. He also has specialized in handling tax issues for tax-exempt organizations, including hospitals, universities and colleges, private foundations, and public charities, such as FAAST.
Dan is an attorney licensed to practice in Ohio, and a graduate of both Yale University and the University of Cincinnati's College of Law. He believes in FAAST "because of its mission to educate and support the community and families in understanding food allergies."
Dan lives in Symmes Township with his wife, Gina, and two sons.

Jean M. Geoppinger, Esq.
Jean is an attorney, licensed to practice in Ohio. She spent eight years as a defense attorney before joining Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley, where she practices complex and class-action litigation. She is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Cincinnati's College of Law.
Jean has been instrumental in FAAST's establishment, although she initially had no personal connection to the issues facing families with serious allergy. Prior to becoming involved with FAAST, Jean "was not aware of the potential seriousness of food allergies, especially for children," she says.
